It is similar to devices used by Sansha’s Nation to navigate through storm sectors that are otherwise too wild. <i>Can be deposited in a Sansha’s Transit Modulator near the entry gate of a Wightstorm Transit Site, granting access to a more dangerous sector of the storm.</i>
