Cyclone Fleet Issue
Following a hotly contested bidding process, a joint development group of engineers from the Brutor and Sebiestor Tribes were tasked with drafting a response to disturbing intelligence documents obtained in a raid on an Amarr frigate and destroyer systems research facility in the system of Arayar.
